I represent Maria Catalina Vidal, a free negra girl born in Pensacola. At the time of the 1820 census of Pensacola, I was 13 years old. I lived in the household of Adelaide Vidal along with 5 other children – we are probably her children – and one other free negra woman who is too old to be our sister. The relationships among the household members are not clear.
