I represent Ysabel Wilkins, a blanca woman born in Pensacola. At the time of the 1820 census of Pensacola, I was 18 years old. I lived in the home of my brother-in-law, Jose Maura, who was married to my sister, Ana Wilkins. Also in the household were my my three nieces and nephews and my brother-in-law, Manuel Maura. I would marry Ignacio Maura in 1826, and my burial appears in the records of St. Michael’s parish: November 22, 1882.
