I represent Andres Maria Rufino Moreno, a blanco man born in New Orleans in 1797. My parents were Fernando, a native of Malaga, Granada, Spain; and Florentine Sunac, a native of New Orleans. At the time of the 1820 census of Pensacola, I was 23 years old, a civil servant in the Spanish government. I was single and lived alone.
