I represent Don Francisco Rafael Gomez, a blanco man born in 1802 in New Orleans. My parents were Francisco (a native Gierre in Catalonia, Spain) and Doña Juana Nepomuceno Rosalia Perez Gomez, a New Orleans native. At the time of the 1820 census in Pensacola, I was 17 years old, single, and was a farmer by profession. I lived with my widowed mother.
