I represent Don Jose Sierra, a blanco man born in Pensacola. At the time of the 1820 census of Pensacola, I was 16 years old. I lived in a large household with my parents, Don Eugenio and Doña Francisca Dauphin Sierra; my 5 siblings, my elderly widowed grandfather, Don Francisco Dauphin, and my uncle, Don Santiago Dauphin.
My death appears in the burial records of St. Michael’s parish: May 16, 1867. I am buried in St. Michael’s cemetery.
