At the time of the 1820 census of Pensacola, I was 8 years old and lived with my parents: Don Manuel Hernandez, a Spanish famer, Doña Maria Yniestra Hernandez, and 2 younger siblings. I am buried in St. Michaell’s cemetery as “M.P. Hernandez.”
