Doña Teresa Yniestra Bonifay

I represent Doña Teresa Yniestra Bonifay, a blanca woman born in Louisiana. At the time of the 1820 census of Pensacola, I was 28 years old. I lived with my husband, Don Manuel Bonifay and our 8 children. We lived on a farm outside of town. I am buried in St. Michael’s cemetery.
