Frederick (LeSassier)

I represent Frederick, an enslaved mulatto man in the household of Lt. Cirilo Josef LeSassier and his wife Doña Gertrudis Sierra y LeSassier. Lt. LeSassier was the commander of the Spanish garrison at Ft. San Marcos de Apalache. He gave his wife, Doña Gertrudis, who lived in Pensacola, a power of attorney with which she sold me to Jose Noriega in 1824 for $800.
