I represent Doña Gregoria Bonifay, a blanca girl born in Pensacola. At the time of the 1820 census of Pensacola, I was 10 years old. I lived with my father, Don Manuel Bonifay; my mother, Doña Teresa Yniestra Bonifay; and 7 siblings. We lived on a farm outside of town. My burial appears in the records of St. Michael’s parish: November 6, 1867.
