I represent Francisco Touart, a blanco boy born in Pensacola around 1799. I was the son of Franscisco Touart – a French tailor – and his first wife, Susanna McVoy Touart. At the time of the 1820 census of Pensacola, I was 13 years old. I lived with my father and his new wife, Maria Marta Theresa Parigini. I had one brother. My burial appears in the records of St. Michael’s parish: February 28, 1877, at the age of 78.
