I represent Doña Rosa LeSassier Christin, a blanca woman born in New Orleans in 1757. I was the daughter of Charles LeSassier, a milita lieutenant, and Genevieve Gallard. I was the widow of Don Luis Christin and the sister of Victoire LeSassier. At the time of the 1820 census in Pensacola, I was 64 years old and living alone. I am buried in St. Michael’s cemetery.
